On July 17, 2020, the City Planning Council of the Volgograd Administration approved the concept of improving the floodplain of the Tsaritsa River, which implies the creation of an unobstructed connection between the Central and Voroshilovsky districts, a recreational ring of parks covering the entire center of Volgograd with a spectacular pedestrian route.
