Municipal Programs
We invite investors to consider joining the implementation of municipal programs under Volgograd’s Socio-Economic Development Strategy for period ending 2030. The list and terms of implementation of the programs are regularly updated, and your proposals will always find a constructive response with the Administration of Volgograd.
Current Municipal Programs
- Volgograd - a city of equal opportunitiesResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1886 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: developing a basic (initial) set of actions to ensure an accessible environment for persons with disabilities and other immobile population groups.
- HousingResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1877 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: improving housing conditions of low-income citizens, demolition of dilapidated housing in Volgograd, improvement of housing conditions for certain categories of citizens.
- Organization children’s leisure during vacationsResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1888 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: providing children with well-managed rest and recreation during vacations.
- Development of housing and communal services of VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1891 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: providing the population of Volgograd with quality housing and communal services and assistance in creating comfortable and safe living conditions.
- Development of investment and business activities in VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1893 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: creation of a favorable investment climate and development of small and medium-sized businesses in Volgograd.
- Development of culture of VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1883 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: creation of conditions favoring the cultural environment, providing leisure options to encourage citizens to evolve intellectually and culturally.
- Development of education in VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1890 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: providing affordable and high-quality education in accordance with the changing demands of the population and the long-term objectives of the strategic development of the education system of Volgograd.
- Development of physical exercise and sports in VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1881 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: creating conditions to advance physical exercise and mass sports in Volgograd.
- Implementation of youth policy in VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1879 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: create conditions to help young people successfully socialize, realize themselves, advance their creative and leadership potential for the benefit of Volgograd and Russia in general.
- Maintenance and development of the street and road network, ensuring effective operation of the transport infrastructure in VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1875 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: provide people with comfortable commuting, improve quality of passenger transport.
- Creating favorable conditions for tourism in VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1894 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: promote the development of inbound and domestic tourism.
Creation of state-of-the-art urban environmentResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1855 dated 6 December 2017. Purpose of the program: improve quality and comfort of the urban environment; create harmonious and favorable living conditions for residents through improvement of Volgograd.- Energy saving and energy efficiency in VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1883 dated 29 December 2018. Purpose of the program: improve reliability of water and heat supply of the city; minimize losses of utilities taking into account impact on the environment and life support of the city.
- Prevention of terrorism, extremism, and other offenses in VolgogradResolution of the Administration of Volgograd No. 1805 dated 20 December 2018. Purpose of the program: set up a system of preventive measures to improve anti-terrorist protection of the population and the prevention of extremism and other offenses in Volgograd.
